Grace Property and Estate Solutions was established by Sandra Graham to support families through some of the most challenging times in their life.

With more than 30 years in business, a big and compassionate heart, and a passion for exceptional service, Sandra saw the opportunity to make an important difference to the lives of others. Through Grace Property and Estate Solutions, she works in the Wide Bay region clearing properties for families living interstate or overseas who have lost a loved one. This includes working with executors and legal professionals who have responsibilities for a deceased estate. Sandra also supports people to downsize and move into aged care or retirement living.

She is hands-on in her role. She is the one who works with the families, and her warmth, care and attention is evident through every stage.

Her advice is honest, and she acts with integrity. She works with kindness, professionalism and transparency and builds trust with every interaction. Perhaps most importantly, Sandra honours each family’swishes, without exception.  

For added peace of mind, Sandra holds a current National Police Certificate (police check) and is fully insured.
